9MM Pro provides a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that offers various services including but not limited to decentralized exchange (DEX) services, liquidity provision, staking, and NFT functionality. By using our Services, you confirm that you understand and accept the following:

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You understand the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and DeFi protocols.

2. Risk Disclosures

Using our Services involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Price volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can be extremely volatile, and you may experience significant losses.
  • Smart contract risk: Our Services rely on smart contracts that may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or other issues that could result in loss of funds.
